DR MD MOTASIMUL HASAN has completed his MBBS degree in September’ 2002 from Sir Salimullah Medical College. He has qualified in the 24th BCS examination and joined in government service as Assistant Surgeon in 2005. During his career he has served with distinction as Medical Officer, Lecturer, Assistant Registrar and Resident Surgeon. In 2017, he has received MS degree in Neurosurgery from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU), the best medical post-graduation institution in Bangladesh. Later, he has received training in Endovascular Neurosurgery from eminent Neurosurgeon Professor Dr. Md. Shafiqul Islam, Japan’s famous vascular Neurosurgeon Professor Dr. Rokowa Tanikawa and India’s famous Neurointerventionist Professor Dr. Gaurav Goel. He is working as Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery since 2019. He also serving as an emerging leader of Bangladesh Society of Neurosurgeons (BSNS) as Scientific Secretary. He is also a member of Neurospine Society of Bangladesh (NSSB), Bangladesh Society of Surgeons (BSS) and AO Spine. In his career he has attended many conferences regarding Neurointervention in India, Japan & Bangladesh. He also presented his Scientific Paper in India SNVICON (2019). Along side he has 15 articles published as author and co-author nationally and internationally.
